Are you ready to feel good in your body, to live your life more authentically and joyfully?

 

We start this new year with the right tools and support to create lasting change on January 30.

You will have 6-weeks to dive deep into loving YOUR body.

Are you ready to unburden yourself from the old stories about who you are in relation to your body, to feel supported & validated to shine and show up?  In this group of women who truly "get you" you will have the possibility to reframe your health goals to be more specific and supportive to YOU.

Let's uncover the blocks that are keeping you from loving and embracing your gorgeous, awesome body.

Week 1

  • Set Intentions & Drop into your Body

    • We will meditate to become more present in our bodies & create a powerful statement of intention to guide you through the next six weeks

Week 2

  • Identify where Judgement is stored in your Body & Learn tools to Heal

    • Identify where you store judgement in your body; Use breath, meditation and journaling to heal

Week 3

  • Break Down Your Inherited Belief Systems & Find your Own Unique Truth

    • Understanding the ways in which culture and family influenced your body image & choose to rewrite your own story

Week 4

  • Let go of the cloaks identity that limit you

    • Who are you when you take off the cloaks? Explore what it’s like to feel free in your body

Week 5

  • Give Your Body a Voice

  • Learn to listen to your body, nurture your own unique needs and show up as your own unique Self

Week 6

  • Love your Body as it is

  • Create affirmation statements to carry you through the new year and learn the tool of Self Hypnosis
