We will meditate to become more present in our bodies & create a powerful statement of intention to guide you through the next six weeks

Identify where you store judgement in your body; Use breath, meditation and journaling to heal

Break Down Your Inherited Belief Systems & Find your Own Unique Truth

Understanding the ways in which culture and family influenced your body image & choose to rewrite your own story

Let go of the cloaks identity that limit you

Who are you when you take off the cloaks? Explore what it’s like to feel free in your body
